Douglas Water St

This project is currently made up of six separate water front parcels in Douglas, MI.  There are existing structures that may or may not stay in place depending on future redevelopment plans.  This is a complex redevelopment project that will take considerable time and resources to navigate the process with the local municipality.  The end goal is to maximize the highest and best use of the property while bringing benefit to the local community by revitalizing a long defunct property.
