This property is located in downtown Adrian, MI.  Originally operated as a JC Penny in the early 1900’s, this property was most recently close to being opened as a brewpub but never came to fruition.  This property was a speculative value based acquisition with possible future redevelopment opportunity.  The property is currently vacant and we are looking for a proprietor that has the vision to complete the project.
