This property is located in downtown Douglas, MI.  Known as “Lot 1 - Dudleyville” it was the original school house for the area.  While preserving this structure would be ideal, it is not the highest and best use of the property.  There are preliminary redevelopment plans which will result in four commercial spaces on the ground level, and three large and luxurious apartments on the second story.  Construction tentatively to begin in late 2025.
